i can hardly believe it, but two weeks from this moment we'll be in utah celebrating, champagne in hand, with all of you. we rounded up the final rsvp count for the caterer yesterday and it's absolutely, overwhelmingly, heart-warming that so many of you are able to join us. please know how very much we appreciate it and how excited we are to see you. and for those of you unable to come, please know that we understand; you'll be there in spirit and we'll be sure to post plenty of pictures. a toast to you from afar!
also yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending a "coming together party" hosted by three lovely ladies that i work with. they created a most relaxed shower atmosphere (complete with cute cupcakes, beautiful blooms from the garden, sweet potato fries and beer!) and we had a most fabulous friday night of it.
ladies, thank you so much for not putting bows on my head and making us play bridal shower bingo. you're the best. bar none. and a tremendous thanks to everyone who cut out of work early to attend. you guys are the most amazing and supportive group of co-workers a gal could every hope to have. truly.
oh, and a special shout-out to wrapping-paper-remover-extraordinaire, mr. orion. you were a humongous help, big guy. we couldn't have done it without you.
