kellen tends to present himself to the world as a calm, composed, even, dare i say, shy type of guy. which is why i was so taken aback when he busted out a full rendition of 'thriller' at the wedding of our friends lusha and chris last fall. i kid you not. needless to say, it was awe-inspiring. previous to that moment i had no idea that my man was such a dancer at heart.
which, dear friends, brings us to our plea. do take a moment to let us know the songs that YOU would like to hear at our wedding. we want all of you to have the chance to make memories akin to kell's magical michael jackson moment. fast, slow, simple and sweet, campy, or classic. whatever you want to hear, please let us know and we'll do our best to add it to the evening's soundtrack.
see you on the dance floor!

Take heed, 'cause I'm a lyrical poet
Res Hall 5's on the scene just in case you didn't know it
Personally, I'd like to hear Kellen sing "The Touch" (the Dirk Diggler version, of course). And Cecily, you should back him up on the cowbell.
"More Cowbell!"
Bob Dylan - Wedding Song
The Beatles - When I'm Sixty-Four
Johnny Cash - Ring of Fire
"The Glory of Love" by Peter Cetera (It's the theme song from the 1980's epic Karate Kid Part II)
I thought of this today. It reminded me of Kellen, and of a time when he was the man who would fight for my honor...
steve. let's be honest. kellen will always fight for your honor. :)
