Our hearts beckoned us home for Easter this year. We hadn't been planning on this trip, but sweet airfare sealed the deal and we made arrangements to surprise our families with less than a week's notice.
The all-too-quick trip allowed us to celebrate my mama's birthday, visit with a couple of college friends over coffee and delight our nephews with a surprise better than anything Mr. Easter Bunny could bring...a weekend with their beloved uncle.
A very special time and we savored every short moment. Thanks to our families and friends for shuffling their schedules to accommodate our travel plans and welcoming us home on a moment's notice. Love.
